David was bored. He hated it when he was bored. It never suited him well. Normally he would take a nap, but he didn't feel like taking one right at the moment. He looked around his room and sighed. There really was nothing to do and that did not suit him well. Normally he was always doing something. Hanging with the best people ever. Connor has a girlfriend that he absolutely adores and that leaves David with one less person to see. One person that had been in life since he could remember. He put his fingers through his hair. He was just kind of laying on his bed not really moving or doing anything. He was letting the boredom over power his will to move. He felt like moving, but he didn't want to use the energy it took to do it. It was something that came with supreme boredom with David. Most people would be all antsy and just want to move while he was content on laying there bored. He did want to fix the whole bored thing though, but with the least amount of energy possible. He sighed as he stared at his ceiling thinking of nothing really.
Somehow an old memory found it's way into his brain. It was a really old one. It was before the whole incident with his mom. Back when he thought his family was normal. It was of a night when his mom was supposedly working late. His dad let him have a friend over due to feeling bad about his mom not being there. David smiled at that. His dad always tried, and still does try, way to hard to make him happy. When in reality he didn't have to try so hard. David was a pretty happy guy. A part from some horrible memory, everything else was good. No this memory involved Connor and all memories involving him usually ended with David doing something stupid. He laughed as he looked at the scar on his arm. This memory was the night that he jumped off his roof and didn't land right. His bone went through the skin. He shook his head. The memory was random and out of now where, but it was funny. He shook his head as the memory passed. It wasn't that long of one. It just consisted of him standing on his roof about to jump and Connor being a tiny ant from his point of view. Then he jumped and that was it.
David sat up and looked around his room. He looked at the time and wondered if Connor was in his room or Addie's. He could have called, but that would have been a waste of time. He looked around one last time before pushing himself up and heading out. He somehow remembered to grab the key from his desk. He walked down to Connors room and tested the door. It was open. He didn't even bother knocking. He walked in and laid down on Connor's bed. He was there thankfully. "What's up buddy?" He asked with a smile. He put his hands behind his head and leaned against the wall. He didn't really have to say much else. He didn't need a reason to be there. He didn't have one anyways. He was bored so he went to Connor. He was happy that the boy wasn't with the girl for once. He wasn't that comfortable around Addie. He didn't think that she liked him at all. He shrugged the thought off and looked around Connor's room. It had been far to long since he had been in it. Far to long without bugging is favorite person. It just wasn't right.
