Admittedly, this was the first time he’d found himself honestly bored at this school. Going home had definitely not been on his agenda. No way could he stand five minutes with his parents let alone a whole crappy holiday that lasted the new year. Nah, no way. But he hadn’t anticipated on how many people actually go home for the holidays and how many less people he had to screw around with while he waited for all his tops to get back from celebrating Christmas. Specifically Lila, because even though skirting around after her was a bit of a chore, he didn’t exactly mind it. He got amusement from it if nothing else, watching her reactions were all the action he needed from her. Though admittedly, he could think of a few other meanings for action that amused him. And one day he would definitely get to that meaning with her, and he would definitely enjoy himself to say the absolute least. The only downside to trying was actually having the one girl who shot down every advance he tried to make, the only one who really held his proper attention.
Of course, he never seemed serious enough about it, that was in his nature, and okay so yea, maybe he was a bit too pervy for her taste, but it didn’t mean he didn’t really like her for more than a piece of ass, though that had to be obvious by his determination; why he still hadn’t given up on the chase yet. His problem was admitting that, in less subtle ways than he had been; like making her the focus of his projects. He couldn’t help his wit and humor, it was what made him who was and he had a reputation to uphold. Anyway, an upside to everyone going home for break and not coming back until after new years was his ability to work in peace; and access to the material room with no fighting over who gets what. And currently he sat efficiently sketching lazy cuts for the dress he was designing, no surprise that the model resembled a certain junior fashion student. He sat leaning over on a bench as he doodled, the table lamp shining down on his art. The rest of the room kept doused in darkness and silence. It was easier to keep the place to himself, and quiet. He ran his hand gently over the piece of fabric he’d selected before going back to doodling, flipping the pencil of irritated by mistake and erasing a bit before dusting the page.
