Getting rid of their so called chaperones had been ridiculously easy the moment Teddy and Daren had boarded the plane. Maybe it was because his parents had decided to send along their personal driver, knowing they wouldn't need him over Christmas considering they were hosting every single imaginable Christmas and New Years party this year, which they'd felt rather upset that Teddy wouldn't be attending, but they figured that his spending time with the girl who was pretty much his promised wife since the moment of her birth was also a good thing... as long as there was always a set of eyes on them. And said set of eyes was already sitting in another plane on his way to seeing his own family rather than accompanying Daren and Teddy to Fiji. He hadn't taken much convincing either - his phone offered conference call, and if his or Daren's parents decided to call during the holiday to check on them, they would make sure that they would be easily tricked. Then again, Teddy didn't think it would be a problem - they would be far too busy with entertaining boring blue blooded guests.
The flight there hadn't been too long, though rather quiet because of tiredness - they'd booked a night flight to make sure to get the most of the island as they possibly could - and when he awoke they were almost there. It was definitely nice too, to have a jet to themselves - much less bother with other people. He decided to let Daren sleep a bit longer when the flight attendant brought him his breakfast, figuring they all all their time anyway, and if she woke up just as they got to the island then she could eat at the condo rather than on the plane. With their personal cook, the food would probably turn out to be better than it was in here. He pulled the newspapers he'd asked for from underneath his tray of food, starting on a bagel as he read just as he heard the pilot announcing they were nearing the island and would be landing in a few minutes. He figured that now would be a good time to wake Daren after all, and if she was still tired she could sleep some more once they got to her father's condo. He brushed his fingers against her cheek and neck, lightly running his hand along her arm and moving back up her side, brushing against the side of her breast. "Baby doll, it's time to wake up," he told her in a soft, slightly seductive voice.
