Addie grinned lightly as she made her way across Kansas City, humming lightly to herself as she did so. She hadn't necessarily planned what she wanted to do today, when she'd first woken up she'd figured she'd just do a bit of homework and such, she still had a book to read for her English Literature class and the test on the thing was this week, so she'd pretty much have to hurry to finish it before anything. This plan had soon gotten out of her mind however, mainly because it was just so nice outside and she really didn't want to stay locked up in her dorm room. Besides, it didn't seem like Mandy had anything to do today and that could mean she'd be spending the whole day in their room. That was a hell of a good reason to leave the place. So she'd figured doing a bit of walking around would be good, anyway she had to buy a few things. She was due for a new hair color, well not necessarily full on but she wanted at least some change somewhere in it.
When she'd finally finished all her shopping, or at least the one that was on her list, she figured she might as well get back to the Academy and take care of her hair already, but just as she was about to turn back, she came across another shop which definitely wasn't on her list, but obviously she could make some change. However, it'd be much more fun to have an actual shopping partner for that one... smirking lightly, she sat down on a bench nearby and took her cell phone out of her bag, going for the texting option and putting in Elijah's number before sending him a message to come and join her, not giving any indication as to where she was, only giving out the corner of the two streets she was standing at. Unless he really knew where the shop was exactly, he wouldn't necessarily be aware of where she'd invited him to. Okay, so that was a bit mean, but she figured it would be fun too and he'd get over it at some point. At least she'd try to control her teasing somewhat in order not to set him off, but of course, she couldn't say nothing at all either. That'd be boring.
She grinned lightly to herself as she thought back on the last time she'd been coming to this shop, which wasn't really that long ago. Admittingly, things hadn't exactly turned out in the best of ways, and it'd be a while before she planned on playing a bit of a prank on Taylor this way again, but even though she'd given them a bit of a speech that'd gotten Addie to feel a bit bad for the whole matter, it hadn't really been all that bad how things had turned out after Milo had left. She thought that it was more his presence in the shop that'd gotten Taylor feeling so bad about all of this, but Addie was almost sure that she could actually get the girl to come again in here and not feel so badly about it. And then... then maybe she could also plan another visit here, with someone else. She couldn't help but wonder how things would turn out if she brought Connor along in here. She was pretty sure it could lead to a rather interesting evening, actually, and she was quite willing to find out about it. She wondered if he'd be quite as willing as her, but she'd just have to figure it out and talk to him about it. Or not talk to him about it and drag him over. Like she'd done with Taylor, like she was now doing with Elijah. It was always so much fun.
