Marley walked down the sidewalk, headed toward the bowling alley. She was supposed to meet Elijah, Roxanne and Andrew there. As she walked, she read her book, The Historian. Most people had issues walking and reading at the same time but in all reality, that's when Marley walked the best and she couldn't explain how. She yawned as she read, walking a bit faster. Wow, she was so tired. Why had she come out to bowl again? Oh, right, because she hadn't seen her friends or her boyfriend in a while. Truth be told, she could be tired as hell and look like the walking dead, and she'd still want to come out and do this tonight. She was sick of being trapped in her dorm or pacing around the theater. She needed to have some fun. With her classes getting more hectic, getting ready for the play and auditioning for other plays outside of school, Marley had barely any time for extra curricular activities - which included her reading and unfortunately.. her Andrew.
How sad is it that classes were getting so hectic that she could rarely hang out with her own boyfriend? Well then again, everyone knows things get more time consuming when it's closer to a play opening. Oh and friends? Forget it. Marley barely ever got to hang out with them and that saddened her. But this is what you had to do in order to succeed in your passion, right? You actually have to work for it and give up certain things. Marley knew this. Though it was harder now that she had Andrew and she couldn't be around him. Yawning once more, she shook her head. God, she was so tired. But she'd stay awake. She nodded as she walked into the bowling alley, still reading. Today she had chosen to wear a form fitting sweatshirt from Juliard Arts School, some scrubby, holey jeans and some of her beat up converse. Her hair was, of course, in a messy bun. SCRUB DAY! Looking around, it seemed as though she was the first there, so she sat down against the wall and kept reading. Biting her lip, she held back a really big yawn, which probably made her look really weird, but whatever. She was determined to have fun tonight.
