Aidan hoped Mandy would be in her dorm - and not Addie - as he made his way inside the girls' dorm building. He knew she wouldn't be expecting him, which made him feel a bit guilty about not calling but he just needed to talk to her and see her. Hopefully alone. Truth was he missed her, which was a bit silly seeing as he'd been spending time with her like usual since she'd come back to the Academy... but then, Olivia was practically always involved in that little gathering. And they did say 'two's company, three's a crowd'. He wanted to spend some alone time with his girlfriend, and there was something he just had to tell her. He didn't even know why he felt the need to go right now, but it was just that way. As if, if he didn't get it off his chest, he'd just burst. And well, that wouldn't be good now would it. And then, when Olivia was around, there was no touching or anything going on really. Not that they did a lot of touching either way, but the little they did, they couldn't do. And it was just about driving him crazy to have her so close and not be able to bring her even closer. He just needed to be able to kiss his girlfriend.
And he needed to tell her he loved her. It was a bit strange, how the realisation had only just come to him, but he knew he'd felt it for a while now. How could he not, she was just so perfect. But he'd never actually stopped to try and figure out the depth of his feelings, so in his head it'd always just been normal dating, whereas his heart knew it was something more. And now he knew it too, and he just couldn't keep it to himself, though hopefully it wouldn't freak Mandy out or anything of the sort. That'd be an unexpected twist for sure if the girl freaked out at the thought of deeper feelings. And then he hoped she wouldn't think he was just saying it to get a bit more action, though he figured she knew him well enough for that. Heck, they hardly did anything more than kissing, and even then her kissing without tongue rule still held. Just like his hands always stayed firmly on her waist, itching to reach higher up, but not quite able to bring himself to do it because he was always afraid of being too fast, of scaring her off. Maybe he just had a problem, but what was worse, not doing anything when the two of them wanted it, or pushing one of her unknown boundaries?
Part of his brain definitely told him the former was worse, much worse. It told him that she'd never actually said anything against kissing her neck, or feeling her up. She'd just said no hands below the waist, and no losing clothes. He sighed and shook his head a bit as he finally reached her dorm, giving a light knock and waiting a bit nervously. Now that was another first.
