"Are you serious, dad?" Maxwell John Taylor asked as he walked into his dorm room. "I mean....really?" He pulled the phone from his ear so that his father's yelling didn't break his eardrum. That was always an issue with Mr. Henry Taylor- his yelling. His voice just seemed to go up to maximum volume within three seconds of getting mad. It was upsetting, really. When Maxwell knew that his dad had calmed down, he put the phone back up to his ear, "I just think it's stupid that you're getting her my room into the new babies room!" Again, Henry started to scream and Max threw his phone on his bed. He didn't need to listen to that right now. He was really upset, himself. How dare his step-mother turn HIS room into the babies room? Their house had five extra guest rooms...she couldn't have picked one of those? Max could hear his dad asking for him on the other end. "Yeah?" Max really wasn't in the mood to deal with this right now. When Mr. Taylor told Max that they already started to paint his room pink, he hung up the phone. He really did not want to think about it.
The idea of having another little sibling was enough to want to make Maxwell John jump off the roof of the building. Not that he didn't love Jake, Jenny, Jayden, and Juliana...it was just that he sort of wished that he was still an only child living with just his dad. Everyone knew that Alana was just using Henry to get his money. Maxwell even thought that Henry knew this. Mr. Taylor is a great guy, but he is fourty-nine....and Alana is only twenty-nine. The age difference was just a little too strange. It would be for anyone. But, Max's real mother would only be thirty-three right now...but he REALLY did not want to think about Anna. That would just make him break down and nobody wanted that. He looked around his room, and noticed how messy it was. This did make him smile a little. It was just like his room back in LA. He never let a maid near it. If it wasn't messy, then he couldn't find anything. As long as he has a shirt and pants, he's good for the day. When his cell phone started to ring again, he sighed loudly. But, it was just a text message. He opened it, and read, "Her name is going to be Jessica." Maxwell threw his phone over to Aidan' bed. He didn't even want to look at it anymore.
