"AHHHH!" Cara screamed so loud that she was sure she had woken up every single girl in her building. Well, maybe not every girl but she was sure that she had at least woken up every girl that was around her dorm room. She sat up so quickly that she even fell out of her bed. Quickly, she looked over at her clock and saw that it was only two fourteen in the morning. She then looked over at Holly, and hoped that her roommate had not wakened up. The last thing she wanted was for Holly to hate her because she had woken her up from a sound sleep. It was then Cara remembered that her roommate wasn't even there; she was at some sleepover in Addie's dorm. Well, at least she didn't really have to worry about waking people up. She bet that they still were awake. Cara just could not get her breathing back to normal, and that kind of worried her. Actually, her whole dream that made her scream kind of worried her. Closing her eyes, Cara could still see her whole dream replay in her head. When she got to the part where Joel was really hurt, she opened her eyes up again, shaking. Not shaking because she was cold, but because she was so scared. How could she be sure that right now he wasn't hurt? She looked at the clock again, and saw that only two minutes had gone by. Biting her lip, Cara decided that she had to go and see if Joel was ok. She got up, and ran over to her door. She didn't care that she wasn't wearing a coat, had her key, or that it was so early in the morning. All that mattered to Cara was that he was ok.
As Cara ran out of her dorm, slamming the door behind her, she sprinted towards the boys' dorm. When she got outside, it was so cold that she almost turned around to grab a sweatshirt, but then just didn't care. Also, she really did not care that if she got caught running into the boys' dorm at two-twenty in the morning in just her PJs she could get into huge trouble. None of that mattered to her at this current moment. The good thing about running so fast was that it meant she would get there sooner. It did not take long at all before she was at the entrance. She hoped that the door wasn't locked, because she did not bring her cell phone or anything to call him. Plus, that would mean that she would have to go back to her building and go find Holly in Addie and Mandy's dorm to ask if she could borrow her key. Thankfully, the door was not locked and she was able to get inside. Cara ran to his dorm room, hoping that she wasn't waking anyone around him up. She knew that it might wake Kaiden up, but he didn't matter to her. When she did reach his door, she knocked on it. Cara tried not to knock too loudly, but then again if she didn't he might not hear her. After she knocked, Cara thought about what she was doing. She bet that Joel was going to think she was a freak after tonight, but all she wanted to do was see that he wasn't hurt. "Joel..." Cara said softly, figuring that he couldn't hear her, though
