It was probably fate that it would be raining when Tyler got in Los Angeles. The one place most people claimed was almost always sunny on the pacific coast and it was raining. Not that it mattered much anyway, it wasn't like he was here to go hang around on the beach or anything - and he knew he would most likely not be welcomed back very warmly back home anyway, having turned his cell phone on to find eight voice mails - none of which were from Holly, which made him wonder if she'd gone to the hospital yet or if she'd wanted to tell him at the very least on the phone and not through a voice mail - from his mother who was pretty damn pissed off. He didn't really care right now though, besides he'd gotten used to angry phone calls from his mother ever since Violet and Rose had been accepted to the Academy and he'd told his parents he would be going to the University of Kansas in the fall. Needless to say that she wasn't exactly happy about the fact that all of her children would be halfway through the country before too long.
He didn't bother calling her back just yet though, having a lot more stuff that was pretty much more important to him on his mind. He walked outside to see a line of cabs waiting, definitely glad about that one, managing to get one pretty fast in spite of the amount of people surrouding him and giving the driver Holly's address, sighing lightly as he leaned back on he seat and taking deep breaths. He'd been pretty nervous since he'd gotten on the plane and now it was just getting worse. He wasn't regretting his decision of coming over, even if it turned out it'd been a false alarm, but he did sort of wonder if she'd really want to see him right now. He tried not to think of it too much as he watched the lights of the city flash by, glancing around at the houses that they passed and finding he had a bit of trouble swallowing when the cab stopped in front of the house he'd given the address to. He payed the guy, grabbing his duffel bag and slinging it over his shoulder as the rain kept pouring down, hurrying to the front door and giving a few knocks.
((I'm sorry XD you dun have to reply it til you get back if you want but I had to XD))
