Roxanne was a bit nervous as she stepped off the bus she'd taken to Ohio alongside with Ruth, though of course not because she was going to see Elijah's family - she was more eager and excited for that, having missed his darling sisters and his mother... and well, Terry was part of the family too though he'd been a bit too intent on teasing her and such the previous time, but she was still glad to know she was about to see him because it meant she'd be spending time with the entire family. And then after those two amazing weeks at Disneyworld, it'd been ever harder to part from Elijah and head back home, so she was definitely glad she would get to spend some more time with him during the summer, and once she left again for Boston it'd only be a week before she headed back to the Academy. She hadn't managed to convince her parents to spend more than five days in Ohio, and even then she'd had to plead because they hadn't understood the point of going to someone's 'birthday' and stay there for more than two or three days. In the end, she'd still manage to push for a bit longer, but she hadn't manage to get a full week.
At least after that there wouldn't be too much time spent apart from him after that, but she was still a bit nervous because her dad had seemed a lot more suspicious about this whole matter than he'd seemed about going to Disneyworld, though she couldn't understand why. After all, he'd known there would be boys in Florida with her, and now she was supposedly meeting up with a friend who was a girl, and Ruth of all people was coming along with her. But she was intent on not worrying too much about it as she grabbed her bag, looking around to try and spot Elijah among the crowd, noticing Ruth was already off her own way probably to go and meet Via wherever they'd planned on meeting. That was still a bit weird to her, the thought of Ruth being into girls... but she knew she couldn't exactly judge her on it. And really it was mostly the fact that it'd been unexpected, considering the fact that her sister had always put on a pretty big show of having several boyfriends, but in the end she guessed that if the two girls got along well then it was just as well.
