Mandy was at Aidan's apartment again, which wasn't any different than normal since she had pretty much been moved in with him since he'd made the offer. It was amazing too, being with him so often. She couldn't think of anywhere else she'd rather be at night than in his arms and when she got to fall asleep next to him it was pretty much the best way that she could think of to end her days. Just like waking up next to him in the morning was enough to make her happy without even having to open her eyes. She'd slept so much better than she had before upon moving in with him, which she wasn't sure if she could entirely contribute to the fact that he was sleeping next to her since she was sure that it might also have to do with the sex that they had before going to bed a lot of nights. Either way, she knew that she wouldn't want to have to sleep alone anytime soon and she didn't even know what she was going to do this summer when she'd have to spend probably most of the three months off away from him. She mostly just didn't think about it for now, figuring that she had time and it'd just bring her down.
For now, she was waiting for him to get home from school and she just wasn't thinking about anything but getting to spend time with him. She sat back on the couch and decided to maybe see what was on TV, frowning slightly when she noticed that the remote didn't work. She moved it a little bit and tried to press the on button again at a different angle to see if it would be any different, sighing when it still didn't work. Now she would have to find batteries, she didn't know where any would be though. Oh wait, she thought that she'd seen some in the bedside table in the room, which would make sense to keep some there too. She got up and made her way into the bedroom, sitting down on the bed and opening up the drawer, before she even had a chance to start looking for the batteries something on the top of the drawer caught her eye and she found herself starting to shake lightly as she reached in and grabbed out the two booklets sitting on top of everything else. For now all the worries about the remote were long forgotten.
