There were a few similarities between the trip Roxie and Lijah had taken back to his house in Ohio last year and the one they were taking now. For one thing, they'd woken up at an ungodly hour in the morning, again. For another, it would be leading them to spend the whole of spring break with his mother and siblings, which she was definitely eager for, having missed them all and excited at the thought of seeing them again. And then, they were also driving there, which was the reason for the early wake up call. However, there were also quite a few differences - four of them, actually, who were all currently sitting in the back seats. It didn't bother her, nor did it overly excited her either - really, she was mostly neutral about the idea. She didn't know any of them all that well, except Oliver whom she'd talked to a few more times since he was Elijah's cousin, and that had lead her to getting to know Abby a bit better too, but that was it for the most part. Still, at least she didn't have any problems with any of them either, and it had actually made the trip a bit more interesting, and well, louder too, but she found herself having fun as she listened to everybody talk.
She'd slept through a bit of the ride, like almost everybody else - Kimmy was still sleeping right now, and really it wasn't hard to guess why she must be so tired and lacking on sleep right now - but she'd had to wake up when Oliver and Elijah had switched positions to alternate who would be driving, since even when asleep she wanted to be sitting next to him and Abby surely wanted to sit next to her own boyfriend too. After waking up, however, she hadn't been able to go back to sleep, though this time she'd actually had the idea to bring along her camera and take a few pictures of the scenery they passed by, along with a few of those sitting in the car with her, and even more so of Elijah. Right now, however, her camera was carefully put away in its bag as she was in charge of the food and everybody who was awake had apparently decided they were hungry now - she'd taken the time to make a bunch of different sandwiches the previous night and she'd packed up some snacks and drinks along with them so that they wouldn't have to stop for food, which would be a waste of money anyway.
