Owen had figured that since it was Spring Break he could do something a bit different with Cassandra, something that was a bit out of the norm for their usual time spent together. At first he wasn't exactly sure what he wanted to do but he'd known that he'd wanted to do something, so he'd thought into it for a while and looked up some suggestions as to what might be a good idea of what to do. He wasn't afraid to admit that he'd had a bit of help in thinking of his idea but he was sure that Cass would like it well enough anyway. At least that was the plan, he supposed if she didn't like it that would be fine too and he'd try and come up with something different to do but hopefully that wouldn't be too much of a problem. He'd already gotten everything ready for Cass and was planning to make his way over to her dorm right now. He'd told her that he'd had something planned for tonight but hadn't exactly let her in on the plan, figuring that a surprise would be the best for this type of situation even though he was pretty sure she wasn't so hyped about the surprise idea.
He had spent the night before with her and most of the day too, having only left a couple of hours ago so that he could go back to his dorm and get everything so that he could start setting things up for tonight. He'd warned her to dress in a way that she'd be both comfortable and warm, since they were going to be outside and it still wasn't all that warm even though Spring was getting closer, not helped along so much by the fact that they were going to be outside at night. He'd dressed himself in a long sleeved shirt with a pretty thick sweatshirt over it and some jeans that were nice enough, walking over to the girls' dorm building he could say that the temperature wasn't too bad with what he had on and actually kind of nice, which was what he'd been hoping for when he'd picked tonight. He easily snuck back into the building and made his way up to Cassandra's dorm room, knocking on her door lightly - since he didn't know if her roommate would have returned in the time that he'd gone and not wanting to just walk in if she had.
