Dear Diary,
Things with Marisol are going so great. I honestly couldn't ask for anything more. She's so great, honestly, I've never been happier in my entire life. I made such a big deal out of this, thinking that my life was going to be all different just because I was going to be dating a girl, but honestly, things haven't changed that much. Sometimes in public we get some weird glances or people made rude comments under their breath, but there has been a surprising amount of support from people or just indifference. Personally, I prefer the indifference. I don't like being treated special just because I'm dating someone of the same gender. Either way, life is much better than I could have anticipated.
I just... I'm so happy. When we spend time together it feels like the world is perfect. The way that she smiles at me just makes me melt inside and when we kiss... well it's every bit as amazing as it was the first time that we kissed, fireworks and the whole nine yards. Seriously, every single time this happens like the instant our lips touch. This has to say something about the two of us and how we're supposed to be together. Not to mention the fact that when things get hot and heavy there are some other obvious reactions - at least obvious to me, I can't really tell if they're happening to Marisol or not. Still, it's something new for me. Since it wasn't really something that happened with Dylan. Well... it happened for him and that was always awkward.
Luckily, Dylan and I still remain good friends and I'm glad because he is a great guy and an even better friend. I hope that he manages to find someone who deserves him, though I'm sure that he will. So far he seems to be liking the Academy and I'm glad because it would have really sucked if he didn't now that he was here. We still hang out fairly often, although with school work and Marisol and other friends, it's not an easy task. Oh well, so far things are still good and that's really all that matters.
Speaking of school work, I do have an English paper that I'm supposed to be working on right now so I'd better go and get on that because goodness knows that if I don't have it finished in time I might just lose my head when Mr. Anderson finds out. Honestly, the guy is a complete dragon.
