Today was a day much like a lot of other for Ryan recently, where he was sitting in his room trying to get his work done while waiting for Tasha to come over. Sometimes he managed to get a lot of work done, sometimes he didn't. It really depended from the day to day and how long it took her to get there and well it also depended a lot on his own mentality. Today he was taking the time to go over the lines of the script that he'd be preforming before break, which was coming up. Basically it was busy work because he knew all of his lines almost perfectly, but there were still a few that he had words he switched around or would sometimes have a bit tougher of a time remembering so he figured that he might as well just look over it all and try to make sure that he had it all right. Hence why he was currently leaning over the script with a highlighter open so that he could trace over the words that he had problems with to make them stick better to his memory. Or, that was what he was hoping would happen, but given the fact that his mind kept wandering as did his eyes toward his phone to check the time.
He wished that they wouldn't, but he couldn't help it because he liked having Tasha around and looked forward to the times when she would be. Which was sort of a problem, actually, because he liked it far too much more than he should. Liked her far too much for whatever casual friends with making out benefits there were supposed to be - since they'd never really talked about what titles they had or whatever so he figured it was a good way to describe things - and it was tiring him out slightly. He'd rather just be her boyfriend or something officially. However, he wasn't sure how she'd feel about that idea and he didn't really want things to be weird between the two of them, so he hadn't really voiced that thought. Now though, that he'd opened that can of worms upon himself he figured that trying to focus on the words in front of him really wasn't going to work so she sighed and recapped his highlighter, setting it aside and leaning back in the chair, trying to push the thoughts out of his mind before Tasha actually did show up.
