Being at Disney World had pretty much been better than the foggy memories that Melanie had previously associated to the place. She'd been having a great time with everyone and Amanda certainly hadn't disappointed in the activities that she'd prioritized them doing. Clearly they couldn't do everything and the fact that Amanda still occasionally mentioned something or other that she'd yet to get around doing spoke to the volume of activities that were presented to them. At least she'd easily adjusted to the schedule that they were going off of, which was pretty much a mostly exhausting stay of most of the day in the parks. Not that she was complaining, because she loved every minute of it and wanted to keep going at the same pace, it was just pretty much that when she got back to the room at night, she tended to almost collapse on the bed at the end of the day. It wasn't even that the physical part was so exhausting, because she was in good enough shape that the pace didn't really bother her, it was just the heat that made it all the worse.
Despite the heat though, when the mention of a couple solo day was presented after they'd been to all the parks, Mel knew exactly where she wanted to go back. Animal Kingdom was obvious choice because it was the only park they'd only been slated to spend one day in and she'd enjoyed it a lot while they were there. They had plans to spend the evening in Epcot too for dinner and the fireworks there, but most of the day would be spent in Animal Kingdom - incidentally, the hottest park. Which was why she'd grabbed a water bottle out of the fridge this morning and knew what she'd be getting with lunch later on. Getting off of the bus and heading inside, she turned to Oli to figure what they should do first. "Should we just head straight back to Expedition Everest, get a fastpass and ride or should we head over to Dinosaur on the way?" she questioned. Everest was her favorite of the two, but she did have a weak spot for rides that took place in the dark and knowing where the camera was this time could help with some funny ride pictures.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
