PERSONALITY
Logan has always been a person who has liked to push his limits. He constantly toes the line of what is acceptable and what is not, having been directly on the line quite a few times in his life. It's gotten him into some trouble a few times but the times where he has gotten himself into any sort of trouble he's always been on the side of the line that has only meant just minor trouble. He has always been one for a good adventure and that has been his downfall. He likes to mix things up a bit just to see how they're going to turn out. He's not a fan of predictability nor boredom. Boring has always been the one thing that he's never been able to handle very well. Therefore, he does his very best to try and come up with ways to make things a bit more exciting.
Luckily for him, he's always been a bit of a charmer which definitely comes in handy with his testing of the countries. He can usually end up talking himself out of anything that he could find himself in quite well. And most people just naturally tend to like his charm and character and he knows how to put both of them to use when he's got his eye on a member of the opposite sex. He usually sticks to things such as flings since he actually doesn't have much of a want for serious relationships and never really has either.
He can be one of the most stubborn people around when he thinks that he'd right about something. He had his views and he holds them in a pretty high respect. It isn't often that he makes any compromises on them and then when he does it has to be a situation that he thinks is really worth it. Most situations, aren't worth it for him. And his stubborn nature has gotten him in just as much trouble with some people as his need to shake things up a little bit. He's lost more than one friend from the stubborn and proud nature of refusing to apologize or even admit that he may have been wrong about something. Of course, there are a few exceptions there as well. He'll apologize to a person if he views them as important enough but everyone else just kind of has to deal with it.
APPEARANCE
Logan couldn't exactly be called short by anyone, standing at 6'1" he can easily look over the top of quite a few people. He hasn't quite got an athletic build, but he isn't without any muscle on him either. He falls into more of a middle spectrum but none of the girls seem to complain about it. He has light brown hair that he usually tends to keep near the more shaggy side and doesn't do that much to take care of it, not even bothering with a brush most days. And a lot of times it can be found directly in the path of his bright hazel eyes.
Of course he has a set kind of clothes that he has to wear to work, dressier and professional clothes that take up a bit of his wardrobe already. Apart from that though he mostly owns a few pairs of jeans and t-shirts, a couple of sweatshirts as well and some sneakers. His clothing style has never been overly complicated and he doesn't put very much effort into it when he can avoid it. If someone who saw him dressed up for his best met him just hanging out somewhere they'd probably be surprised by the obvious difference there would be in time put into his appearance.
HISTORY
Logan Thomas Morningstar was born to parents Sharon and Alan in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on November 6th, 1988. He would be the only child for the couple who had only ever wanted one anyway. He grew up with a good childhood, given basically anything that he could want. Which was probably the reason why he ever decided that he wanted to test and push to see how much that he could get away with. And his parents let him get away with a lot, never really setting any specific limits for their young son and it's probably weird that he should have come out to not be a lot more spoiled than he did. He never really expected a lot from other people, he just liked to see what he was able to get. He never took anything from another person just to have it, he'd just try and get it himself.
The one thing that he came to acquire in such a way was a video camera. It was pretty much the best thing that ever happened to him when he was a kid - and he'd even tell you that himself. He was fascinated with cameras and the way that people would act in front of them, so he took to carrying one around. He used his skill of charming more out of people to get them to act out different stories in front of the camera for him even pushing those lines to see how much he could get other people to do for him and how many times they'd act out in the little stories. His parents decided to sign him up for classes which he gladly attended and came to love. It was also his parents that decided when he was to become a freshman that he should go to a boarding school to work on his films.
He spent his first three years at Gordon Parks' Academy for the Arts extremely set on becoming a director. He had his whole path set out in front of him but when he was a Senior his teacher asked him to tutor a couple of the younger students, he accepted with reluctance but came to find that he loved it. He loved being able to explain things in a way that helped someone make more sense of something, he liked knowing that someone was learning something from him and being able to explain his viewpoints on a subject when he knew that it was making it a bit clearer for someone else. He still loved his film of course, but he didn't know what he was supposed to choose to become. Watching his teachers in the front of his classroom he was eager to be able to get the chance to stand in front of a whole group of people and be able to try and teach them something as well.
He graduated from Gordon Parks' in 2006 and decided to stay around the school to go to college. He headed over to the University of Missouri at Kansas City and ended up taking classes in teaching, deciding that it was really what he wanted to do and then if he could find a place teaching film it'd be even better. He made it through his first three years before it was time to try and find a place where he'd be able to spend some time student teaching for real, upon hearing that he could possibly get a position at the Academy - especially when it was as a film student teacher - he immediately rushed to sign up for it hoping that he'd be the one that was picked. He found out a few weeks later that he had been and got ready to be able to go back to the school that he'd graduated from three years prior.
