PERSONALITY
Allyson has grown to be a rather sensible and reasonable woman, but there is still a part of her that remains as wild as it ever was in her younger years. There is hardly anything she hasn't done in her youth, and mostly she doesn't really regret anything because everything she has done, even bad things, have helped her learn something about herself and life. She hasn't ever really done anything bad enough to be sent in jail or anything of the sort, but she has gotten pretty close to it once or twice. She's always had a rather adventurous personality and she loves trying out new stuff, but at this point of her life she'd realized that you can be adventurous and do interesting, fun things without it being dangerous or illegal, and she's grown to appreciate the quietness you can get from a simple evening at home with a movie and a boyfriend to cuddle up to. Either way, she's gotten to be a lot more level headed than she used to be during her teen years.
She's also extremely nurturing and mothery, and has always has been from the moment her father remarried and caused her younger step-sister to join the family. As a child, she always dreamt of a big family, and though that wish was put aside during her teenagehood and early adulthood, she soon grew reconciled to it and to this day she still hopes to have children, though she doesn't necessarily want to have as many as she used to as a child. Though her career is very important to her, her family life remains her priority and she is definitely eager to be able to say she actually has one - she doesn't care if it's corny, she yearns for a nice home with a husband and children with a big yard where she can receive all of her family on warm summer days or holidays. And if she can actually keep her job while she's at it, then that's even better. She has a bit of a temper and she is prone to argument, but there isn't one ounce of vindictiveness within her, and she is able to see her wrongs and make up quickly whenever she has a fight with someone, which has obviously helped her couple evolve in an healthy manner.
APPEARANCE
Allyson has definitely nothing to envy other women when it comes to looks. She could easily have been a model if she'd wanted to, fitting the part perfectly. Tall and slender, she stands at five feet eight inches and has a nicely shaped hourglass figure, with a small waist, wide hips, a generous bust, firm and toned thighs and legs that seem like they go on and on forever. Her soft skin is slightly tanned, but not too much, just enough to give her creamy complexion a nice honey tint, which goes along well with the natural blond mass of waves cascading down her shoulders and her deep chocolate brown eyes, along with full pink lips and straight white teeth. And though some people - mostly jealous girls - have claimed that they don't see the appeal of looking like a Barbie, there is nothing superficial about her and lots of brains underneath that blond hair of hers. But people are prone to being jealous when your looks fit to a tee with most American standards of beauty, though that has never been of much importance to her.
Her clothing style is pretty simple and she doesn't own a wide variety of fancy or formal attires, considering the fact that she's almost always getting paint and such on her clothes. Most of the time on week days, she'll be seen wearing the same two or three pair of jeans that are splattered with paint and matching shirts, unless she has a staff meeting, then she'll actually take the time (though it's more of a bother to her) to dress more nicely and wear an apron during her art classes thorough the day. She does enjoy dressing up for special occasions, like dates and such, and during those times she can be seen wearing a dress or a skirt with a nice shirt. Other than that, even on weekends she'll mostly have on sweats or her husband's t-shirts. Then, her makeup routine is mostly inexistent except for formal events or other occasions of the sorts, and even then it's not very extensive - eyeliner, mascara and lip gloss do the trick in her case, added to sometimes a bit of eyeshadow. As for jewelry, the only thing she wears on a daily basis are her wedding and engagement rings, and a ring she had since she was born and wears on a chain as a necklace.
HISTORY
Allyson Joan Winchester was born to Kevin and Natalie Winchester on the morning of June 30th 1980, in the city of Columbus, Georgia, where both her parents before her had been born and had grown. The lovebirds had known one another ever since they'd been kids, growing up as neighbors and falling in love as they got older. They'd spent practically their entire lives together, supporting each other trhough everything. Natalie was the one to convince Kevin to pursue his dream of entering medical school, and he was right there next to her with words of encouragement when she decided to join the army. Those career choices lead them to the decision of waiting before starting a family, though they both knew they wanted children. They were both nearing their thirties when they finally decided to try for a child, and it didn't take long before Ally was conceived. She became a daddy's girl the moment she was put in his arms, her father seeing in her the perfect portrait of her mother, whom he'd always been absolutely mad about, seeing her as the most wonderful and amazing woman on earth, and he was quite certain that their daughter would grow to be just like her. Unfortunatedly, Allyson was never to fully know just how amazing her mother was.
When Ally was two years old, Natalie got in a car crash and was already on the line between life and death when she was finally pulled out of her wrecked vehicle and brought to the hospital where her husband worked. He did all he cold to save her and kept going at it even after she'd been declared dead for five minutes, until someone pulled him away from the body by force and he had to see the truth: his wife had died, and he had let her die. To make matters worse, it was found afterward that Natalie, at the moment of her death, had been pregnant with the second child they'd been hoping for. Kevin fell into depression from that moment on, and for almost a year Ally was raised by her aunt, who'd moved in with them to make sure her brother wouldn't do anything stupid - or anything else, seeing as he'd already quit his job. It wasn't until one day, when he went to pick up his daughter for a hug and she hid behind her aunt's legs, looking at him as if he were a stranger, that he realized what he'd been doing to himself and his family, knowing his wife wouldn't have wanted that for him, for them. He worked his way back to who he really was, working extremely hard on getting to know his daughter and earn her trust back. But the house and the city were too full of memories.
When Ally was five, he packed up their belongings and moved to Jefferson City, Missouri, where he found a new job in the local hospital. One day when he was working there, a young woman was brought in from a car crash, causing Kevin to go through a series of painful memories, but he made up his mind - that woman would live. Though many had thought her as good as dead the moment they'd brought her in, Kevin managed to get her back to a stable state, though she remained in a coma for two months. He cared for her during that time, knowing he was doing it for himself as much as for the woman, whose name was Morgan Wilson, herself the single mother of a little girl two years younger than Ally was, named Makayla Grace. Even after she finally awoke from her coma, Kevin kept caring for her, and something happened between the two - a sort of bond, a chemistry that occured as he helped her back to health, and when she was release from the hospital, they kept seeing one another. It wasn't long before they fell in love, though they both fought it for a while - Morgan herself had lost her own husband two months after her baby's birth to cancer, and they were both worried of betraying their former lovers' memories.
They soon gave in to their feelings though, and when Ally was seven his father married Morgan, bringing her and Makayla to join their little family lives. Ally, who hadn't really known her mother, didn't resent the new woman in his father's life - she was aware that he was missing something, and she was glad to see he seemed to have found someone to fill the emptiness within him. She grew very close to her step-mother, who treated her like a friend and cared for her as well as anyone who wasn't her real mother might have. A year later, little Brooklyn Jane joined the family, though it was decided that she would be the last baby they would have. Ally was a very sweet and nurturing sister, both for Makayla and Brooklyn, and for years she took great care of the two whenever their parents were away, until she reached her teenage years and started rebelling a bit more against everyone and anyone. That period saw a lot of 'you're not my real mother' thrown at Morgan, and by the age of thirteen she'd decided she wanted to leave. When she found about Gordon Parks' Academy, she saw her exit door - she'd always been an artist, and in the last few years she'd worked even harder on her art. She sent in an application and was accepted on a full scholarship, definitely glad to leave.
She spent all four years there, and after she graduated she decided she wanted to see the world. She traveled over the ocean and trekked through Europe, finding inspiration through the antiquity wonders of Greece, the gothic magnificence of England and Germany, the classical beauty of France. But by the time she was twenty one, she realized just how much she missed her home and family, and she went back to them, not really doing anything for a while, merely working on her art and even managing to sell a few pieces much to her surprise. She was starting to become well known when she was approached by the Academy, shocked and amazed that they'd consider her for a job there, remembering the place to be so wonderful back when she was a student and wondering if she could really bring it anything. Of course, it was impossible to say no, and she quickly accepted the offer, was given a quick formation as a professor and started the job that would soon be found to be the job of her dream, on top of finding the man that would also become the man of her life.
