He was slightly confused, though definitely not upset, to see her blush as he hadn't really said anything that could make her blush just yet, though he figured that maybe the way he brushed her skin with her thumb was enough to give her that reaction... it seemed a bit like a big reaction over not much though and he couldn't help but wonder if there was more to it, and what it could be. Possibly thoughts she might be having, and if they were thoughts that actually made her blush... now, that'd surely be interesting to hear, wouldn't it. He didn't think it'd be anything too bad, because a girl like her probably didn't get those kind of thoughts so easily. Of course, he planned on giving her more than enough of those, but that would have to wait a bit still, and he'd have more time to try that later on. Tonight, he just wanted to focus on her, having a great time and especially making her have a great time. He wasn't exactly all that awkward with girls usually and he often easily managed to get them to spend a good evening, but he wasn't too sure of what way to go with Mandy because she was so different than the girls he usually went for. She was innocent, for one thing, and she made him curious. He found most people, especially girls, easy to read. But with her, he was never really sure of what to expect exactly. Every reaction was a pleasant surprise, and he liked it.
He looked down at her as he waited for her to answer his question, smiling lightly as he watched her with interest - people often got a certain look on their face when they were thinking more deeply about something, a look that was proper to them, a look they got every time their thoughts got a bit more intense than usual maybe, and he found that watching her think was actually something very enjoyable. It was a bit strange though, because it seemed that everything he noticed about her, the way she thought, the way she blushed, the way she smiled - he had yet to discover the way she laughed, because he couldn't remember hearing her laugh heartily yet, a real, loud, embarrassing laughter - was extremely attractive to him. He grinned slightly as she finally answered to it, then faking a sad look as she said she hadn't hoped for him to ask. "Well darn, here I thought I was making your dream come true," he teased her, chuckling a bit. "Well I'm glad you said yes," he added, smiling at her. "I'm pretty sure I'm gonna enjoy my time with you tonight."
